Kitchen

  • Clean oven internally removing all built up grease as well as cleaning exterior and polishing any external chrome.
  • Clean and remove grime from extractor fan
  • Clean the fridge and freezer inside and outside thoroughly
  • Clean washing machine inside and out. Clean door’s rubber, clean soap drawers and filters
  • Clean dishwasher inside and out
  • Clean microwave inside and out
  • Clean the exterior of all kitchen appliances: kettle, toaster, etc.
  • Remove grease from kitchen tiles and surfaces, then to be washed and polished.
  • Remove where possible stains and marks from all kitchen tops, doors, door frames, skirt boards, light switches, etc.
  • Clean and polish all kitchen surfaces.
  • Clean and polish inside and out all kitchen cupboards and drawers.
  • Remove any old food and food wastes.
  • Wash sink and taps, remove lime scale and polish.
  • Clean windows from inside
  • Hoovering and washing of the floor.
  • Remove all rubbish and rubbish bags.
  • Clean bins inside and out.

 Bathroom/Cloakroom 

  • De-scale and wash toilet & surroundings, disinfect toilet seat.
  • De-scale, wash and polish shower screen.
  • De-scale, wash and polish bath tub, shower, wash hand basin, taps and all other fittings.

  • De-scale and wash tiles (if any mould removed from between grout).
  • Clean from windows from inside and window sills.

  • Clean radiators and fire place surroundings, spindle, banisters, light fittings and shades.
  • Dust and clean skirting boards.
  • All light furniture to be moved and floors to be cleaned beneath. All skirting boards to be dusted behind the furniture.
  • Mattresses will be lifted and vacuumed beneath.
  • Upholstery vacuumed, cushions will be lifted and cleaned beneath.
  • All wooden items and wooden furniture will be carefully wiped, cleared of dust with particular attention.
  • Clean and polish all surfaces.
  • Remove any wastes.
  • Vacuum the floor, wash and sanitize if required.
 

Living rooms / Lounge/Reception rooms

  • Any furniture outside only – inside on request and additional time may be required to take belongings out and bring them back in, after cleaning.

  • Clean light switches.
  • Clean from windows from inside including window sills.
  • Upholstery will  be vacuumed, cushions will be lifted and cleaned beneath.
  • All wooden items and wooden furniture will be carefully wiped, clear of dust with particular attention

  • Remove any wastes.
  • Vacuum the floor, wash and sanitize if require.
Please note our carpet, upholstery and external window clean is not included in the price of our end of tenancy cleaning, if you require any of these services please let us know so we can add it in to our quotation.If you have a preferred list or an alternative inventory please let us know in advance.
