The process we follow

• Surface dust & dirt is removed using our professional vacuum cleaner.
• any spots & stains are treated individually with appropriate cleansing agents (some stains may be impossible to remove)
• Specially formulated shampoo is sprayed evenly over your rug which bonds with and breaks down the dirt.
• The cleaning agent is gently massaged & washed deep into the fibers of rug.
• The rug is rinsed clean with hot water, removing deep-down dirt & odour.
• Any excess moisture is extracted to help your rug dry more quickly…
• A deodorizer is applied to neutralize odours.

Our comprehensive rug cleaning process is ideal for removing ground-in dirt, spots & stains, dust, bacteria, as well as pet odours. We only use natural, environmentally-friendly chemicals.
A steam cleaning service typically takes around 3 to 5 hours to complete. This depends on the size of the rug and its condition. Please note that any heavy furniture not removed before the cleaning to take place, we’ll clean around them. It usually takes around 2 to 4 hours for your rug to dry completely after it has been cleaned (subject to weather conditions).
