REGULAR OFFICE/COMMERCIAL CLEANING
Service cost is calculated on an individual basis per hour per cleaner or as priced per cleaning quote* and is subject to signing an Agreement with YourClean . A minimum of 3 hours per visit weekly is required. The Client agrees to provide YourClean with cleaning materials and equipment needed to complete the job, unless other arrangements have been made with YourClean. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. If the Client does not have cleaning materials/equipment and asks YourClean to purchase these items on their behalf then an applicable service charge will be added. If a member of staff is required to collect keys from a third party’s address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a minimum £10.00 charge may apply. The Client agrees that the price quoted is not for a “package deal” which does not include anything apart from cleaning. If an estimate is given on how long it will take our personnel to do the job, this is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean similar size premises. It is the Client’s responsibility is to arrange parking for our vehicle during the time spent at the Client’s premises If the property is based within the congestion zone this charge will be added to the clients invoice if applicable

CARPET CLEANING AND HARD FLOORING
YourClean reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client’s original requirements change. There may be a difference in excess of 10% in pricing which will be discussed with the Client prior to the start of the work. If a member of staff is required to collect keys from a third party’s address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a minimum £10.00 charge may apply. It is the Client’s responsibility is to arrange parking for our vehicle during the time spent at the Client’s premises. If the property is based within the congestion zone this charge will be added to the clients invoice if applicable. All Carpet Cleaning & Hard Flooring services are subject to a minimum £50.00 call out charge.

Yourclean Ltd: accepts payment by the following ways

*Payments made via Credit & Debit cards are subject to 3% additional fee of the total bill. *Payments made via PayPal are subject to 3% additional fee of the total bill
Carpet cleaning and Hard Floor Cleaning: Balances are to be settled on the day via the above payment methods (except cheque).
Regular Domestic/Office/Commercial Cleaning: Service costs as per cleaning quote or agreement made with client is payable on receipt of invoice, Payments can be made via the above options (subject to a signed Agreement). All outstanding balances for the services carried out are payable on receipt of invoice unless other arrangement are in place. The Client will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a Dishonored Cheque. The Client agrees and authorizes YourCleanLtd to charge any outstanding amounts owed to us with regards to the cleaning service provided. This will include parking fees & congestion charge (If any)
End of Tenancy clean/Spring Clean/One off Clean: Any service which is considered to be a one-off visit payment to be made on the day of visit via the above payments methods (except cheque) plus Parking & Congestion fees (If any). All bookings are subjected to a deposit. Deposits will only be refunded if the booking is canceled within 24 hours after placing the order.
NONE PAYMENT
YourClean Ltd reserves the right to collect any outstanding monies owed to them. If as a result of non payment Yourclean has to employ a debt collecting agency or county court order to secure an outstanding payment the Client will also be liable to pay any debt collecting agency fees, court fees, legal cost, or interest which will occur due to the result of none payment of their outstanding bill.
CLAIMS:
YourClean Lts has Public and Employer’s Liability Insurance . The policy will cover any accidental damages caused by any personnel working on behalf of YourClean Ltd. The Clients of a One Off Clean accepts and understands that any breakage/damage/poor service or theft must be reported within 24 hours of job completion. Failure to do so will be considered as an invalid claim. YourClean advises that the Client or a Client’s Representative must be present at the time of completion of the job so an inspection can be carried out and any corrections made on site on the same day. If the client/estate agent has scheduled an inventory of final inspection of the property this should not be done no later than 24 hours after job has been competed.
If there is any damage caused and is proven YourClean is at fault we will repair or replace the item/s if it’s personnel knowingly caused the damage. If the item/s cannot be repaired or replaced then Yourclean will rectify the problem through it’s Insurance Company if necessary. If a Client is not completely satisfied with the results of our cleaning jobs, YourClean will re-clean any areas and items to the Client’s satisfaction if reported within 24 hours. It’s important that all fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: Cash & Jewellery.
YourClean reserves the right to refuse any complaints or a job not being complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning materials and/or equipment not in full working order, hot water or power; third party entering or present at the Client’s premises during the cleaning process; wear or discoloring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed; failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard carpet cleaning methods; existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely using cleaning materials and equipment or standard carpet cleaning equipment provided by the Client; any damages caused by a faulty or not in full working order materials/equipment supplied by the customer.
YourClean reserves the right to refuse cleaning of highly breakable and valuable items.
CANCELLATION & CHARGES
Regular Domestic/Office/Commercial Cleaning: The Client may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The Client may terminate a service by giving at least two weeks notice in writing.(if not bound by a contractual agreement) If the client terminates the agreement within this period they will be liable to pay the full cost of two weeks cleaning. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no hot water or power; or problem with the Client’s keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. The client agrees to pay the full charge of the cleaning visit if our cleaners are not provided with adequate parking arrangements resulting in non completion of job. The Client has the right to terminate the service immediately if it’s the First cleaning visit, in this case two weeks notice is not necessary.
One-off cleaning services & Carpet Cleaning: The Client reserves the right to cancel the cleaning/reschedule a cleaning job within 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. The Client agrees to pay a £40.00 cancellation fee per cleaner if this agreement is broken. The Client agrees to pay a £40.00 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no hot water or power,or problem with the Client’s keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.
End of tenancy clean & Spring Clean: The Client reserves the right to cancel/rescheduled a cleaning job at 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. The Client agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. The Client agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out cased by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at the Client’s premises; or problem with the Client’s keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. If an initial deposit has been paid to YourClean then the Client agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation fee.
Regular domestic cleaning (subject to contract) : The customer may terminate the whole service by giving advanced notice in writing up to 14 days after the first cleaning visit . Once the 14th day has passed the Client agrees to pay the full price of the 12 months fee in the event the he/she wishes to terminate the contract before the 12month period is up. The Client may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no hot water or power; or problem with the Client’s keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.
AFTER CANCELLATION OF THE CLEANING SERVICE:
By entering into a service agreement with YourClean , the Client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any cleaner provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the Client by YourClean. If the Client does wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of £1,500.
By ordering a YourClean service by telephone, e-mail, fax or website, the Client agrees to be bound by YourClean Ltd terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the relevant United Kingdom laws, and by agreeing to be bound by them the Client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.
YourClean reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.

DISCLAMER
NONE PAYMENT! Debt Collection Agency Fees, Legal Cost or Court Fees will be add to your outstanding bill if we have to take this course of action.
